About Future Now Detox

Future Now Detox is the only inpatient NAD Brain Restoration+ facility licensed by the Department of Children and Families as well as accredited by the Joint Commission. We are a 15 bed facility located in West Palm Beach, Florida minutes away from the Palm Beach International Airport and 35 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale Airport.

We have a private chef and provide daily one on one therapy with our amazing Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Monica Miner. We host three groups per day and offer art therapy, yoga, chiropractic services, massage, as well as spirituality sessions (some services may be suspended due to COVID19). It is paramount for each client to have full, medical detox and create a solid aftercare plan for life after treatment.

We are in network with five major insurance providers. We are able to assist clients with discontinuing methadone and Suboxone maintenance at high dosages. We also specialize in detoxing clients off of benzodiazepines and we also have experience with alleviating THC psychosis. Unlike many national competitors, we are able to accept pregnant females for detox as well.

Information on NAD Therapy

Nicotinamide adenine nucleotide (NAD) is perhaps the most vital molecule in our body. Many of our clients have a deficit of NAD upon admission. Lack of NAD may present as unhealthy sleeping patterns, suppressed appetite, constipation, depression, suicidal ideations, irritability and restlessness. We increase NAD levels in our clients with a 10 day intravenous (IV) protocol. Clients may require longer treatments based on their individual needs. Clients are closely monitored by our 24/7 medical staff and each of our clients receive individualized care.

NAD repairs DNA on the molecular level, it renews mitochondria, and acts as a neurotransmitter. NAD therapy helps clear brain fog, reduce or remove cravings, improves mood, and enables a new, clear energy to our clients. Our clients claim that the improvement in their mood and overall feelings of wellness is something they have never felt before!

At this time we have limited our bed count to make sure each client is in a private room due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We remain open and ready to help our communities.
